Yes, that's right. Although 1 Bedroom is downstairs and one upstairs. The downstairs is exactly the same as a 1Bedroom unit with the addition of the upstairs which contains one bedroom and bathroom.
Yes, certainly. We can never guarantee that the unit will be ready in time as we're at the mercy of those checking out. But if we know which units are required early, we'll always do our very best to prioritise these as early as possible.
The deposit if paid by cash is refunded on day departure if paid by credit card it takes approx 3-5 business days to come off hold on your card

We are close to all transport bus train city cat. the airport train is close by about 10minutes walk fromour apartments
Yes we do upon arrival you are required to provide ID and Credit card for $200 pre authorization or you can pay $200 cash bond if required
We're about 15mins walk from the St Pauls Terrace gate of the EKKA or just 5mins drive. (1.3km)
We're close enough to get about but far enough to get away and as such we regularly welcome a lot of exhibitors & the like from the EKKA.
I don't quite understand your question. A two bedroom apartment has two bedrooms whilst a one bedroom apartment has one bedroom. Please phone us if we can help to clarify further.
A two bedroom Apartment has two bedrooms, each with one queen bed in each bedroom.
